SCENES from "Virtuous Wives", a Hollywood movie production starring the actress Anita Stewart, were filmed at Lake Hopatcong in August, 1918.

The Bertrand Island Beach, as well as Air Castle Isles, Maxim's Dock and the Castle Edward were filming locations.
